Autism Walk This Sunday At Hermantown High School

Did you know that April is National Autism awareness month? Autism Walk Northland is set for this Sunday the 22nd at the Hermantown High School, 4325 Hawk Circle Dr. Check in is from 9:00-10:00 and the walk begins at 10:00.

There's lots of fun activities for kids. Face painting, music, and free snacks! If you'd like to get registered ahead of time, you can go to their site and pre-register here. Autism Association of Northern MN is looking for donations via their fundly.com site here. They're looking to raise at least $15,000, so far they were at just over $2000. Money raised through this site and by this Association supports Autism programs and other free Autism services offered to families living with Autism.

There is also a silent auction going on until 4/22, with 13 items in all. The items include everything from an Android Tablet to a Homemade Teddy Bear. Take a look and bid on some items for yourself here.
