Bulldog Football Team Top Dog on Preseason Polls
The NSIC preseason polls are out, and the UMD Bulldog Football team sit atop the rankings. After a stellar season resulting in a NCAA Division II championship title, the Bulldogs come in to the 2011 season looking to be the top dog.
The Bulldogs, under the direction of coach Bob Nielson, look to add another NSIC title to their trophy case this season; and the NSIC coaches unanimously agree the Bulldogs are the team to beat. The 2011 NSIC Preseason Coaches Poll shapes up like this:

Along with top billing in the preseason polls, UMD quarterback Chase Vogler earns NSIC North Offensive Preseason Player of the Year and Rob Huberty earns NSIC North Defensive Preseason Players of the Year.
