Visit Duluth’s Canal Park on a -10 Degree Morning [VIDEO]

The winter of 2015-2016 has been incredibly mild so far, influenced largely by a strong El Niño. Today the Twin Ports saw the first real winter-like temperatures, with morning lows below zero and daytime highs struggling to get much above zero. While temperatures may be uncomfortable for many, they make for beautiful visuals as fog rolls off Lake Superior.
