Crabby Ol’ Bill’s Boat in Canal Park Seeks Community Help For Repairs

If you've been to Canal Park in Duluth, then I bet you've seen Crabby Ol' Bill's Boat right next to the Lakewalk.  It's a unique looking place to grab a snack, and stopping there is a tradition for many.  However, being so close to Lake Superior has taken its toll on the boat and they are hoping the community can help with the repairs.

Crabby Ol' Bill's Boat has launched a GoFundMe campaign, hoping to raise $12,000.  According to their page, the money will be used to replace bumpers and rotted wood.  New rain gutters will also be installed to help prevent prevent more damage to the vessel.  They also plan on giving the boat a fresh coat of paint, which will be sealed to protect it from waves and ice.
