It seems as if the Raccoon that scaled up a skyscraper in St. Paul this past week has caught the eye of one of the biggest movie stars on the planet.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has been giving Minnesota a ton of love over the past few months. Back in April, Johnson responded to a Stillwater teen who asked him to prom and made her year. Now The Rock is capitalizing on a story that had everyone tuning in about a raccoon.

If you have been living under a rock lately, a Raccoon scaled a large building in St. Paul that caused even national news outlets to talk about the #MPRRaccoon.

So what does this all have to do with The People's Champ? The Rock is one of, if not the best self promoters of this generation. He also has a new movie coming out next month called 'Skyscraper', in which he has to save his family that is stuck in one of the tallest buildings in the world. So Johnson hops onto Instagram to his 1.8 million followers and posts two pictures of himself and a raccoon in the movie posters.

Can you smell the synergy there? Honestly I'm not even sure if using the word synergy works in that instance, but when you're writing a post about The Rock you have to mix in some of his old wrestling references.

And for those wondering, yes the Raccoon is now safe.
