How Much Is Too Much For A lawsuit? [VIDEO]

I can't tell you how many times I've scrolled through Facebook or just been on-line, and saw the quote "Queue the Lawsuit". It seems like the thing to do today, someone bumped into you at the grocery store, sue them, someone looked at you funny, sue them. God forbid a man ask a woman out for a drink today, we better not go there.

This country has become so "sue happy" that the entire legal system is completely bogged down with frivolous lawsuits. It takes months, if not years, for a case to be heard because of all of the cases on the docket of this country. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that there are good percentage of cases in the mix that are genuine, but what percent of those could be thrown out or resolved in another way? My guess is a great deal of them.
