A Duluth tradition since 1958 is The Christmas City of the North Parade.  It's time again for it this year, it's 60th year running.

On Friday night the 16th of November, the streets of downtown Duluth will be filled with the citizens of the Twin Ports no matter the weather.  There is always a variety with area businesses featured.  This year parking is free in Downtown Duluth so that makes things a little easier for everyone.

If you can't make it down for the event live in person you can catch it being broadcast on KBJR 6.  So you can still get your Duluth Christmas Parade fix.  If you are going in person make sure you get there early to get a good spot, though there aren't really many bad places to view it.  Everything gets underway at 6:25PM and starts at 10th Avenue East and Superior Street.  You can get more information about this annual event on their Facebook page here.
