This week, I've been sharing fun 4th of July activities in Northland communities and today I'll share what Duluth has planned for their annual Fourth Fest Celebration.

Once again this year, Fourth Fest will take place at Bayfront Festival Park.  There will be food vendors, drinks, crafts, live music and "the largest fireworks display in the upper Midwest" at dusk.

Gates open at 4:00 p.m. and the music starts at 4:30 p.m.  Artists scheduled to perform include Dead End Friends, Mark Rubin, Glen's Neighbor and headliner Kat Perkins, from The Voice, will take the stage just before the fireworks.

Admission to Bayfront Festival Park will be free, and handicap accessible.

The Mighty Thomas Carnival will once again be set up in the DECC parking lot as an additional entertainment option.
