Tomorrow Bud Selig will be in the Twin Cities to announce that the Minnesota Twins will host the 2014 All Star game. Last time the Twins hosted the All Star game was 1985. The Twins have been the favorite to host the 2014 game ever since Target Field opened up in 2010.

The All Star game switches between leagues every year. American League hosts the game on even years, and odd years go to the National League.

The National League has won the last three All Star games, and next year the New York Mets will host the game at their new stadium (Citi Field).
