Katherine Heigl, who is apparently active in the animal rights and pet adoption world,  has become a spokesperson for the pet spay and neuter campaign. Heigl made this move by becoming the face of a website called I Hate Balls, which is part of a larger pet foundation. The website takes a funny approach to a message being presented for years by many, including Bob Barker and his speech given at the end of every episode of the Price is Right. The focus of the movement is to control the pet population and reduce the amount of orphan pets left to live in shelters.

It's hard to take a website seriously with a name like this, but when you add in a video like the one below, things go from questionable to bizarre. The video not only promotes the core cause, but also puts males (of the human variety) on notice as well.
