Minnesota DNR To Hold December Land Sale

Someone once told me that it's never a bad idea to own land.  If you're in the market to purchase land, the Minnesota DNR will be holding three oral bid auctions in December.  They will be placing a total of 17 parcels up for sale.

According to the DNR, two parcels will be auctioned Thursday, December 14 at the Fergus Falls DNR Office, seven parcels will be auctioned at the County Administration building in Bemidji on December 15 and eight parcels will be auctioned at the DNR Central Office in St. Paul on December 18.

The properties include unimproved recreational land in Anoka, Beltrami, Big Stone, Houston, Hubbard, Koochiching, Mahnomen, Meeker, Norman, Otter Tail, Pine, Wabasha, Wadena and St. Louis counties.
