Cathie English, a folk singer/songwriter from Saint Cloud Minnesota, has written a song inspired by the legendary John Beargrease and she's sharing it through ReverbNation.

According to her online bio, Cathie has shared the stage with several national acts including Peter Mayer, Martin Zellar and Jim Brandenburg.  Her first album was released in 2014.

The 2019 John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon Martathon is scheduled to begin on January 25 in Duluth and musher registration is now open.

On December 7, organizers will present Whiskeys Of The World, a new event that will take place from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Dubh Linn Irish Brew Pub, downtown Duluth.

Attendees of Whiskeys Of The World will have the opportunity to mingle with mushers while tasting 5 top shelf whiskey’s paired with 5 made-from-scratch small plate food offerings.  You can register for this event here.
