You'll have to wait a little longer than they originally said for the daily 8-5 closures of the Oliver Bridge to end.  The total closures - as part of a multi-year maintenance project - were originally supposed to be finished at the end of October.

I had heard that due to the headway work crews made during the summer that they were going to extend the project as far as they could into this fall to lessen the time that closures would be needed next year.  I reached out for an update to both of the CN Project Managers listed five times over the course of three weeks - but never received a response back from them.  However, according to the Douglas County Wisconsin Highway Department's Facebook page, there is a new target date for the closures to end:  November 18.
