A Prophets of Rage concert in New Zealand recently had a cover tribute to Chris Cornell, featuring Serj Tankian.

With the passing of Cornell last May, I was quite surprised how many people I know who don't really listen to rock felt a connection to his music in some way.  It really shows how his artistry resonated across genres.

Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, and Brad Wilk who were all in Audioslave are also in Prophets of Rage, so you get a good chunk of the group playing their song and Serj I feel really does the tribute justice.  He doesn't go over the top or away from what that song is and we get a well performed, respectful, and meaningful tribute to a great artist.

What do you think of this tribute/cover of "Like a Stone"?
