St. Louis County Tax-Forfeited Land Sale Happens February 14

Here's a Valentine's Day gift suggestion that's truly unique:  Give your sweetheart a parcel of land this year!  More than 90 tax-forfeited properties will be up for grabs to the winning bidder at the St. Louis County Land Sale scheduled for Thursday, February 14.

Included among the parcels of land that are up for bid are more than a dozen waterfront tracts; Interested parties can bid on land that lies along Birch Lake in Embarrass, on the Waterfront Reservoir and Leisure Lake in Makinen.  In addition, four parcels that used o be part of St. Louis County's Lakeshore Lease Program are up for bid.

This land sale truly offers something for everyone.  Many of the parcels already contain homes and buildings, some are ready to built on, while others were already cleared via the counties efforts in partnership with city and township municipalities - to remove blighted buildings.
