With the forward momentum on the Los Angeles NFL stadium, talk about who will reside in the new complex is hotter than ever. Teams mentioned as possible tenants include the Jacksonville Jaguars, San Diego Chargers, and Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings' lease at the Metrodome is near its end and the nearly 30 year-old facility doesn't seem to be a viable option for the team.

The powers that be have decided to replace the roof on the Metrodome after in collapsed in December.  If they start right away they should be able to get it done before the Vikings need it in August. It will be a shame if they decide to build a new stadium where the Metrodome is now and they end up tearing it and the new roof down in a year or so...
