Red Lobster started 56 years ago in Lakeland, Florida. It was small with only a few locations originally, but in the 1980s, it blew up and the chain expanded nationwide. Today, there are about 650 Red Lobster joints, with 11 located in Minnesota.

Eight years ago, a fan page was created to help bring Waldo's Pizza back to Rochester, Minnesota. Today, it looks like its wish is coming true.

This project is located just north of the Oronoco exit, approximately 10 miles north of Rochester.
