Women Hike Duluth to Next Visit 7 Bridges Road

Women Hike Duluth is a terrific program that gets Northland women out into the great outdoors to explore the many trails the area has to offer.  Next up, 7 Bridges Road.

According to the Women Hike Duluth event page, they've partnered with Hike Duluth to offer a free, guided hike along 7 Bridges Road on Saturday, January 26, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The trek will take participants to Hawk Ridge and back, a hike that will cover 3.5 miles, featuring a fairly gradual climb.

Children are also invited to participate and you can do as much of the distance as you'd like, with the opportunity to turn around and go back at any point as the route is a simple out and back on a closed road.

If you'd like to attend, you are asked to park over by the barricades at the road closure along 7 Bridges Road in Lester Park.  Car pooling is also recommended as there will be limited parking spots available.
