4th Annual Running For Our Heroes 5K Run/Walk is September 30 in Superior

The campus of the University of Wisconsin-Superior will be the setting for the 4th annual Running For Our Heroes 5K Run/Walk, with proceeds benefitting the Douglas County Soldiers and Sailors Relief Fund as well as the UW-Superior Veteran and Nontraditional Student Center.

The event will take place at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 30.  Registration is currently $25, but that price will go up to $30 beginning September 24.  If you register by September 23, you are guaranteed a t-shirt and swag bag.

The start and finish line are both located at the UW-Superior Marcovich Wellness Center, located at 1810 Catlin Avenue in Superior, and prizes will be presented to the top three male and female overall finishers and the top three males and females in each age category, which begin at age 10.
