Last night, Brie Larson sent out a not-so-cryptic tweet teasing the first official look at Captain Marvel: “Hey EW, I’m bored. Wanna break the internet tomorrow?” While the internet is, unfortunately, still operational (as of this writing, anyway), Entertainment Weekly has indeed unveiled the very first official photo of Larson as the Marvel Comics superhero, set to make her debut in her very own solo movie next year.

Paul Walker’s Brothers Want to Bring Him Back in Another ‘Fast and Furious’ Sequel
Following his untimely death, Paul Walker’s brothers Cody and Caleb stepped in to help finish production on Furious 7, serving as stand-ins for the late actor. Thanks to their presence, along with some VFX magic, director James Wan was able to complete Walker’s scenes — and create a touching tribute to Walker for the film’s final scene. Although the series has moved beyond Walker’s absence, his brothers are hoping to step in and revive him once again for another sequel.

James Wan Confirms ‘Annabelle 3,’ Compares It to ‘Night at the Museum’ With the Warrens
New Line took over San Diego Comic-Con last night for ScareDiego, teasing a few of the studio’s upcoming horror films — including, obviously, IT: Chapter Two. But the highly-anticipated sequel to Andy Muschietti’s horror hit wasn’t the only film on the docket: James Wan was on hand to confirm a third installment of Annabelle, based on the creepy doll from the Conjuring franchise.
If You Go See ‘Unfriended: Dark Web,’ There’s No Telling Which Ending You’ll Get
Of all the film genres, horror is typically the most likely to have alternate endings — specifically either a bummer ending or a happy-ish one. While test screenings can have an impact on which ending ultimately makes it to theaters, home releases often include both. Hostel, The Butterfly Effect and The Descent are just a few of those. (It’s interesting to note that, when given the choice, audiences usually prefer the darker ending of the two.) But in the case of Unfriended: Dark Web, the film is being released with both endings. The kicker? You have no way of knowing which ending you’ll get when you see it in theaters.
