Can Someone Tell Us What Are These Bugs Hanging From Our Ceiling?

In the last few days we have had some type of bug repelling from our light fixtures in our studio buildings. I took a video of it to try to figure out what these are. Some people have been quick to say they are baby spiders, but up close they look more like a worm or maggot. They definitely do spin their own "line" to repel down from. I haven't left them be long enough to see if they make a cocoon. Does anybody know what they are?
