Congdon Park Community Garden Annual Sale

As much as I am a carnivore, there is always something extra good about fresh from a garden vegetables.  Of course you can hit up the area farmer's markets if you don't have a garden of your own, or a grandpa like I did growing up who had a nice veggie garden.  Another place though to find delicious organic veggies, perennial plants, and even native flowers is at The Congdon Park Community Garden Annual Sale.

Free to attend, you'll have the opportunity to purchase all kinds of delicious veggies and also plants and flowers for your garden.  All of the funds from sales go to support the Congdon Park Community Garden Program.  It's held at the Congdon Park Elementary School located at 3116 East Superior Street in Duluth on Thursday, May 30th, from 2:30PM-6:00PM in the school's lobby.  If you want to donate plants prior to the sale or need more information, call 218-341-4407
