The Denver Broncos are making some big moves this NFL off-season, and on Wednesday they may have made the biggest move of all: signing Wes Welker to a two-year deal.

Some are calling the Welker acquisition a 'super move.' The signing works two ways: not only does it augment the Broncos' already-imposing receiving corps, it also strips one of Denver's main rivals for AFC supremacy, the New England Patriots, where Welker played for six seasons, of a major weapon.

In addition to Welker, the Broncos also added free-agent guard Luis Vasquez. Peyton Manning now has not just a shiny new weapon to throw to, he also gets additional protection in the pocket. So is Denver a heavy favorite to win the Super Bowl now?
