This winter, take a family vacation to the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic periods with Jurassic Quest.

The event will feature over 100 life-size animatronic dinosaurs, walking dinosaur and baby dinosaur shows, fossil dig, dinosaur play area, and even the chance to ride a dinosaur. Jurassic Quest has been touring for several years now and has sold well over a million tickets, the last time they stopped in Minnesota was 2018.

Mark your calendars for the upcoming dino invasion happening February 4th through the 6th at the Minneapolis Convention Center, lots of room for the dinosaurs to roam. Tickets for the event are on sale now and cost anywhere from $18 - $33.

Here's how the ticket pricing breaks down, seniors are $18 regular and $20 during peak hours, adults and standard kid tickets are $19 regular and $22 during peak hours. Basically, Friday is regular pricing, and all-day Saturday and Sunday is peak pricing.

They also offer a kids unlimited ride ticket for $33/$36, this ticket will allow kids to ride and participate in any of the extra activities, including the dinosaur rides, at no additional cost. Without the unlimited ticket, the extra actives would be an additional $6 each. General admission for kids under 2 is free.

Only a certain number of people are allowed in at a time, so they do ask that you buy tickets in advance and select a time slot. You can expect to spend 2 - 3 hours exploring all the dinosaurs and activities.

After the dinosaurs stop in Minneapolis, they are moving on to the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, ND from February 11th - 13th. Tickets for the North Dakota stop will cost more than the stop in Minneapolis, I'm assuming that's due to the size of the venue and the amount of people they can move through on a weekend.

Here is a look at Jurassic Quest when it stopped in Minnesota in 2018.
