Today it was announced that Cuddyer has signed a deal with Colorado Rockies for a three year deal $31 million. Cuddyer was the last member of the Minnesota Twins that has been present for every Division Title since 2002. Cuddyer will be greatly missed throughout the Twins organization.

Cuddyer brought versatile, depth and leadership to the Twins. He could play every position you could ask him to play, from right field to first base and even spot pitch last year. Since Cuddyer has been called-up in September 2001, he has clobbered 141 home runs, and drove in nearly 600 RBI's. The numbers do not speak highly of Cuddyer, but what the numbers don't say is Cuddyer was role-model for younger kids, played through injuries, and never complained once.

Cuddyer will bring to Denver what he brought to Minnesota, which is amazing player, and will continue to become an even better player. The memories of Cuddyer will live on from hilarious commercials, from throwing out players from right field. Fans will greatly miss this saying "and the right fielder Michael Cuuudddyyyyerrrr". Hopefully one day the Twins will realize that they signed the wrong player (Josh Willingham) and should of signed Cuddyer. Good luck Cuddyer you will forever be loved in Minnesota.
