I-35 Northbound Ramp To 21st Avenue East Temporarily Closed Due To Water Main Break

The ramp off Interstate 35 northbound to 21st Avenue East will be closed temporarily starting at 9:00 am Wednesday morning as crews respond to a large water main break.

City officials shared news of the large water main break up bound of 21st Avenue East just below London Road. City crews will work with MnDOT, closing the northbound 1-35 off-ramp to 21st Avenue East at 9:00 a.m. this morning to repair the main. Traffic will not be disrupted for drivers wanting to access the southbound 1-35 ramp from 21st Avenue East. Crews will work as quickly as possible to repair the break and restore traffic.
