I am so excited about this! There's a new addition to the Miller Hill Mall - and Duluthians are going to freak out about this.

I have a friend that ALWAYS talks about this one specific food truck. She talks about it all the time, and how she used to brave big crowds and events to be able to feast there!

She was my first call when I went to the mall and realized there was a new addition: Mama Roots! The food bus moved into the Miller Hill Mall in February, and was initially located next to Claire's.

Now, the spot has moved once again to the food court! I went this week and the line was super long, which is always a good sign.

Mama Roots In Duluth's Miller Hill Mall Food Court

Mama Roots is all about fresh ingredients and supporting local. They use ingredients sourced from local farmers and the food is made from scratch. Everything looks absolutely incredible - and is also plant based!

Mama Roots has smoothies, walking tacos, sandwiches and açaí bowls. I love that there is a really healthy option at the mall and the food court! They also offer toast and bagels, along with daily specials.

Now you know - next time you head to the Miller Hill Mall, head to the food court and check out Mama Roots. The business moved into the food court from its first mall location late last month.

And don't fret if you are a frequent customer and used to feasting from the food bus at different spots around town. The owner did confirm that she will still be out and about and hopes to serve breakfast in Lincoln Park at some point.
