According to Business Insider, beef prices are at a record high thanks to supply and demand. We are all planning on grilling, thanks to the upcoming warm weather and holidays, but at the moment, our cattle herd isn't looking the best in the United States. Because of the pandemic and a severe drought, the U.S. cattle herd is the smallest it has been in decades.
