What Tips Do You Use To Stay Cool On Days When It Is Extremely Hot and Humid?
I love the heat but I also tend to faint when I get too hot. It's a problem. One summer, while standing inside a non-air-conditioned building for a church service, I fell to the floor while we were standing and singing songs for what felt like five hours. I've fainted in my bathroom. And I almost fainted on my first day working at JC Penney's.
Do you have any tips on how to cool off that didn't make the list above? Please share those on my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio.
