My Thoughts On The Resurrection Tour
Last week a concert tour came to Duluth. Titled "The Resurrection Tour" it featured 5 bands. Shallow Side, Tantric, Soil, Saliva, and Puddle of Mudd.
Duluth doesn't see many shows like this come through so I was pretty excited and even more because Sasquatch 106.5 was presenting it. The only downside to having that many bands on a weeknight is the earlier ones have to have shorter sets. A bummer for me being a huge Soil and Tantric fan. Still, they rocked the shorter sets and the headliners Saliva and Puddle of Mudd really made sure Duluth got a great show.
My personal highlight was finding out that Saliva had HELLYEAH's tour bus and I was even fortunate enough to be able to see where Vinnie Paul slept and hear some stories about their time on that bus.
I hope Duluth pulls in more shows like this one and keeps the rock alive here. It was nice to see a decent turnout supporting it.
