Pike Lake 10K + Half Marathon To Happen In May

Look out runners - there's a (relatively)  new (half) marathon in town!  Organizers have announced their plans for their running event in the Northland that's set to happen in May 2020.

The 2020 edition of the Pike Lake 10K and Half Marathon will happen on Saturday, May 16 - around the lake that gives the event its name.  Participants get their choice of two different races on that morning; the 10K path will bring runners around Pike Lake once, while the half marathon event doubles that (going around the lake twice), with an additional loop to tally up to 13.1 miles.

All participants get a complimentary T-shirt, along with a free breakfast at the end of the race as well. Both races kick off at 8:00 AM.  Registration information is available on the Duluth Running Company's website, along with Early Bird pricing  - with a couple of tiers to choose from.
