A very popular restaurant in Superior has been working on new plans for the future and has evolved with a new business plan.

Chef Tony O'Neil has been gracing the Northland with his flavorful style of cooking and positive vibes for years. He also does a lot with the community from coaching to going to schools and helping out people in need.

I remember trying his food when he was located at Average Joe's in Superior. Then I followed him over to his place at 1901 Tower Avenue in the old Kenny Wong's location.

Chef O'Neil has been very transparent on his Facebook page and his website about all the changes happening. Earlier this month he posted a big update on all the changes:

Chef O'Neil has also updated his menu on his website, moving away from the weekly rotating menu he had going for a while. Items on the menu include:

  • Grilled Bob Marley Wings
  • Smoked Gouda Loaded Mac n' Cheese
  • Reggae Jerk Sandwich
  • Salmon Filet served grilled, BBQ'd, or blackened
  • Jamaican Pepper Steak
  • Oxtails

Looks like there will also be breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. The hope was to re-open on December 1st, but after a recent update the re-opening was pushed back a few days:

There was also a GoFundMe page set up for people to donate for the renovations and re-opening that you can check out here.
