Just last week I was all excited about Zeitgeist in Duluth and their awesome Zinema showing classic films like Heavy Metal in the month of September.  For me, it's great we have theaters in the Twin Ports that are willing to play more than just the current films popular in theaters, and step back in time in a sense to let us relive the classics.

Somehow, I missed another "One Night Only" showing event also happening this month, of 'Pink Floyd - The Wall'.

It's more than just an excuse to get out of the house on a Wednesday evening, it's a chance to support local business and also enjoy the 1982 classic film on the big screen.

Having grown up listening to my best friend's dad crank up Pink Floyd for us and tell us stories of the band, seeing this movie in theaters is going to bring back lots of cherished memories of my introduction to music.

Tickets for the showing will only cost twelve bucks for the Wednesday, September 20th showing and it starts at 7:30PM.  Another plus to the Zinema is, they not only have the popcorn and other staple movie snacks, but also beer!

If you haven't had the chance to see Pink Floyd - The Wall before, it's been a long time, or you never saw it on the big screen, you won't want to miss this one night only event in Downtown Duluth.
