A quiet Tuesday morning turned into a scene from a thriller as federal agents swooped in on several child care centers across Minnesota.

Court documents say the sexual assault investigation began the day after he was charged with causing the death of a Lakeville North High School student in the crash while he was speeding away from police after consuming alcohol and drugs.

In the end, it was just the simple answer. It was a car that was found in a pond, most likely abandoned by someone other than the original owner.

It's not clear why the car was in the pond, at least initially from what the Sheriff's Office has said.
