As Grandma's Marathon approaches its golden anniversary, a few lucky runners might snag a bib from someone who can't make it.

The annual Gearing Up For Grandma's event returns THIS Saturday (January 10th).

Grandma's Marathon is only the third race in the country to achieve this.
