Think that castle you built with Legos when you were a kid was cool? Think again.

Brickmania is a Minneapolis based company that designs and sells custom model building kits using LEGO bricks, with a specialty in military vehicles and weapons, and they've landed at the DECC this weekend for the Arrowhead Home and Builders show with an incredible custom built WWII Pacific beach landing scene built from hundreds of thousands of individual LEGO bricks and figures.

Using only Legos and rubber bands, Jack Streat was able to build a fully-functional  replica of a Heckler & Koch UMP 45 sub machine gun. This is far from the only time Streat has fashioned a potentially dangerous thing out of Legos;  he was able to build a working chainsaw out of the construction toys, and has a Youtube channel full of videos of other Lego weapons he has assembled. Check out this dude, he spent over 1000 hours building this 8 foot by 6 foot Lego masterpiece of Ohio Stadium. As you can see in the picture, the detail is pretty amazing.
