The first full day of Summer brought with it some bumpy weather for the Twin Ports region. Strong early morning storms brought heavy rain, wind, and hail and a second round in the afternoon brought what appears to be a funnel cloud to Duluth.
With warmer temperatures comes the threat of severe weather. To make sure warning equipment is working and to make sure you're prepared, the National Weather Service is conducting a tornado drill in both Minnesota and Wisconsin on Thursday, April 16.
