Keeping kids off screens and out having fun getting exercise can be a challenge. The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation division have a perfect fit with their 2018 Spring Ultimate Frisbee Youth League.

Are you looking for a fun, new way to compete and get exercise?  Ultimate Frisbee could be the perfect game and the City of Duluth is again offering free skill development sessions and games.

The Duluth Department of Parks and Recreation announced that it will be adding Ultimate Frisbee as activity available at the Heritage Sports Center. Ultimate Frisbee fans can get their ultimate fix starting tomorrow (Wednesday, April 18).

While Ultimate Frisbee may not be the most widely played sport in America, it is one of the friendliest and most inclusive. That’s why it seems like a great way to bridge cultural gaps between the U.S. and North Korea, as the athletes in this video do.
