We salute all veterans and you all should absolutely take advantage of as many freebies and discounts as you can on Veterans Day!

It's to honor those who served, but it's actually not on Veterans Day.

Get the details about the changes the Veterans Day holiday will bring to the garbage schedule for the City of Superior.

This includes active duty service members as well.

They will be celebrating veterans a few days before Veterans Day this year.

Here are a few spots offering discounts or freebies to honor those who have served on Veteran's Day.

This week marks Military appreciation week in the Duluth-Superior area. This community wide event created by ZMC Hotels is designed to honor the veterans and military personnel living and working in the region.

Lake Superior College is hosting a public job fair on Wednesday, November 8, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.. There will also be a special Veterans Day program at noon.

Tomorrow is the day to honor and thank our veterans and active servicemen and women.  Many restaurants are offering a free meal to them if they show proper ID.  Another way to say thank you for their sacrifices is to attend the Veteran's Day March held each year in Downtown Duluth.  This will alter traffic for a period of time, here's what you need to know.
