GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Packers coach Mike McCarthy says tight end Jermichael Finley is having the finest training camp of his six-year NFL career.

It's showing on the practice field, where the 6-foot-5 Finley is making tough catches and running receptions down to the end zone, even after the whistle.

Finley had 61 catches last year to set a record for a Green Bay tight end. He had four catches for 78 yards in limited time last week in the 19-7 win over the Rams.

Finley says he's in a "good place," and that he's got his timing and chemistry down with quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Listed at 247 pounds, Finley has also added some muscle that could help in the trenches as the Packers try to improve their running game.
