It's been ten years since the world was introduced to the smart phone. But people were snapping selfies way before we had that invention. It's just way too easy now. What would you do without your smart phone? There is even a proposed name for the phobia of being out of cellular contact, "Nomophobia."

The selfie, in my opinion, had bred a new generation of self absorbed, mindless, zombie-like Kardashian wanna-bes. Don't get me entirely wrong, there's nothing wrong with an occasional selfie. But, if you scroll through your gallery and see 90% of the pictures are of yourself doing some from of a duckface, just stop it ok?

My thought is, make time for the people who are around you, not just the 2 1/2 x 5 inch electronic box that most people today are consumed with.
