Trayvax Element Wallet Unboxing Review

My wallet went through the wash last week and even though it dried out and still works like a wallet, I decided to finally order one I has been wanting for a while.

Trayvax offers what they call a front pocket wallet, well several wallets.  They are designed to be a slim and more minimalist wallet and they look pretty good too.  I ordered the "Element" model, and used a discount code I found online to save 10% so I opted for the expedited shipping which basically made that free.

The wallet arrived promptly and after opening the not so high quality box I found what looks to be a very well built wallet.  Metal surrounded by high quality leather.  I quickly realized I didn't care for the design and I was bummed because I had a different vision of how the wallet would work.  It also claims to hold 10 cards but I couldn't even get 5 in.  After contacting customer support I was told it needed to stretch and they offered solutions to expedite that. In talking with them I found another model of wallet they offer, the "Contour", and decided that I think might be a better fit for what I need.

While I can't tell you how this one would work I can tell you that the craftsmanship and quality seem very high and if this style was more to my liking I'd not be exchanging it.  it may be perfect for you, also it's made in the USA, and has a bottle opener.  I should also mention that their customer service was prompt and knowledgeable.
