Spring training is right around the corner and the Twins are making moves to shore up the lineup.

Delmon Young led the Twins last year in RBI's with 112 and doubles with 46.

The Twins and outfielder Delmon Young have agreed to a one-year, $5.375 million deal to avoid arbitration. Young was the Twins' last remaining arbitration case.

Young had filed for $6.25 million while the Twins filed for $4.65 million. With the sides staring at a Friday arbitration hearing in Arizona, Young agreed to a deal that is $75,000 under the midpoint.
