Once distance learning wraps up for the school year, you may be looking for something creative and productive for your kids to do with their time.  UW-Superior has a great option.

The University of Wisconsin-Superior Summer Theatre Camp is for students ages 11 to 18.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the camp will move to an online format this year.

The program will run June 15 to 26, Monday through Friday afternoons. Camp will conclude with a virtual performance on the night of June 26.

In the online format, participants will produce a radio-theatre style production of a mystery comedy based on the classic board game “Clue.” Students will play the parts and produce all the sound effects. Participants will be coached through the complete theatre production like an on-site rehearsal with costumes, virtual sets and props.

Most classes will take place using Zoom, so participants will need access to high-speed internet and a device that can access the internet.

For more information and an application, please email Cathy A. Fank at cfank@uwsuper.edu.Registration.  Registration for the camp is $100.
