Valleyfair's popular Halloween themed Valleyscare will be making a comeback in 2021. It was closed as was the rest of the park last year because of COVID-19. This spring, the Valleyfair amusement park reopened for the first time since 2019 with updated safety protocols designed to help keep guests safe.

Those safety measures included everyone wearing facemasks. Reservations for the park are required. Hand sanitizers were installed throughout the park, and guests have to go through a health screening. Valleyfair also encourages people to user their mobile app with location services enabled for up to the date notifications and updates.

Valleyfair will transform into Valleyscare for multiple nights beginning on October 2, 2021. Select nights will feature a spooky experience across the park. They claim it to be the largest Halloween event in the Midwest.  It is designed for adults and they caution not to bring any children under the age of 13.

Valleyfair posted the announcement on their Facebook page on August 2, letting people know it was coming around the corner.

Also featured at Valleyscare are haunted mazes, scare zones, and monsters prowling through the park.
