When a new restaurant opens in the Twin Ports there is always a high level of excitement.  It didn't take long for another restaurant to open where Old Country Buffet had been.  It's called Lucky's 13 Pub and the menu is huge, just like the portions, according to General Manager, Ken Wilson.

You may have encountered a Lucky's 13 Pub before.  They have other locations in Bloomington, Plymouth, Mendota and Burnsville.  You'll be amazed at the transformation from what was Old Country Buffet with bright fluorescent lights illuminating the buffet tables housing the bright heat lamps and food to lots of rich dark wood and red bricks that give Lucky's 13 an incredible ambiance and a Americana pub feel.  They've thought of everything including a separate room for meetings and private dinners with garage doors to open in the summer to a "fire table" outside for those cool Fall evenings.

Even though there were workers all around us putting finishing touches on Lucky's 13, Ken the General Manager sat down with me to tell us what we can expect when the doors open for business on  January 30th.
