Mid-Summer Night Of Mayhem Bus Racing With The Squatch

It's almost time for my favorite event of the year, the Mid-Summer Night of Mayhem at The Proctor Speedway.

It's basically a night of pure chaos on the race track.  There are school bus races, the hornets, reverse races, kids power wheels, the demolition derby, and back for this year, the trailer races.

I get the honor of racing a school bus for Sasquatch 106.5 in the "celebrity" race.  While that is fun, I actually enjoy giving bus rides at intermission even more.

The Mayhem gates open at 2:00PM on Saturday, August 3rd, with the pits opening at 4:00PM.  Get there early because there are bus rides from 4:30-5:30PM and the racing starts at 6:00PM.  The dunk tank will be open too with the Water Boy in there for you to try dunking while he heckles you.

Pre-sale tickets are $15 in advance for 13 and older and just $3 for 12 and under.  The day of the event adults are $20 and kids are $5.  Remember to bring a non-perishable food item for a free bag of popcorn.  You can get more information on the event at PROCTORSPEEDWAY.COM or by checking them out on FACEBOOK.  Come out and cheer me on!
