It is officially June and that means summer is here - or at least it should be.

While the weather is always unpredictable in the Twin Ports, we can always count on a heat wave or two at some point during the summer, especially during June or July.

This year should be no different. That is why it is important that you brush up on some tips and tricks to staying safe during a heat wave.

It may seem easy: drink water and stay indoors. While you should do both of these things, there are also other things you can do to prevent getting heatstroke when it is brutally hot outside that you may not think of.
