2018 Ford Fusion Car Review
I was able to get my hands on a 2018 Ford Fusion a couple of weeks ago and had it for a few days to cruise around in. I had previously owned a 2015 so I kind of knew already what I was getting into, the tech has been upgraded though and the cosmetic aspects have changed some.
I still can't tell if they did, but I feel like Ford changed the seats some. The driver seat seemed to hug me more, almost a more sporty feel to it, definitely a positive. They did away with the center console area upright shifter in exchange for a smaller turn dial knob that a lot of vehicles seem to be going to. I don't dislike it as it does add room, but I miss that upright shifter as a hand rest. Probably just because I was used to it.
The car handles great, looks great, is fun to drive and the fuel economy is also great. Ford has a nice all around vehicle package in the 2018 Fusion. If you really like fun driving, opt for the Sport model and not only do you get all wheel drive but also a much bigger engine option.
The Fusion rides well too, whether on the highway or in town. If you are looking for a well rounded vehicle for yourself or the family, check out the Fusion.
