Ben Leber Joins Rams

Former Minnesota Viking linebacker Ben Leber has been signed by the St. Louis Rams. Leber joins a cast of 10 linebackers on the Rams linebacker core, and says he's ready to go wherever the team needs him.

I've been told to come in and learn the system. I've always prided myself on being versatile, so I'll try to learn all three positions, and (be ready) wherever they need me.

Leber had also been talking with the Seattle Seahawks as he hunted for a home as a free agent. He leaves after five seasons with the Vikings, contributing 12 sacks, 271 tackles, and 5 interceptions with the team.
